Razer Naga X randomly stopped working

I haven't had this mouse even a year, and it suddenly stopped working. It's still getting power as it glows, but when I go to Devices and plug it in it quickly says "Driver error" then the mouse icon for it disappears. The drivers aren't even showing up in device manager, and there is absolutely no support for it on the Razer website, no updates, nothing.

Remove Synapse software (if you have installed), and use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove razer drivers/leftovers. Then restart your PC (important!), and download&install the newest Synapse version.

I followed all of your instructions and my Naga X still does not work. It just sits here glowing pink. It will work for a split second and then stop.

Please try connecting it to other PC to check if mouse works (without synapse). Also check different port on your PC (directly, not via USB hub) - preferred USB 3.0 or above.

I don't have another PC laying around. I also checked all of the other USB and no difference.

Thank you for helping OP @FiszPL. Let me take over from here. @cafeClaretrush840 What OS version are you using? I suggest doing a clean re-installation of your Synapse. Should the issue persists, please PM a screenshot of your device manager and look for other possible fixes. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
