Razer Nari Audio Cut Out

Yo if anyone can provide me some help. I have the Razer Nari headset for PC and my problem is that while I'm playing games the audio completely cuts out and comes back when something in game or my friends talk in discord. Its become very frustrating because I play a lot of competitive FPS games and my friends end up having to tell me where enemies are since I can't always hear them. Also this headset was a gift from my parents for my birthday. This is my second Razer Nari headset because my first one was having the same issue. I contacted Razer about the issue and they deemed my first headset defective and sent me a replacement one however the replacement is having the same issue. Please Help! Its very upsetting that I'm still having the same issue.
