Razer Nari audio is not working on Bluetooth (connected to ps4 slim)

My headset won't play audio with Bluetooth I've tried resetting the ps4, charging the headset nothing. The weird part is this the Bluetooth audio stop working when I tried to use it wirelessly. My ps4 recognizes the device and it tells me that it's connected but once again there is no audio. The headset works with the headphone jack it's just I cant mute the mic manually. The light that indicates if it connected or not would flash for about 1 second and would light up blue for 3-2 seconds and the light turns off. Please I need help the reason why I bought this was for the Bluetooth but it doesn't work anymore.

Have you paired the Razer Nari with your PS4 slim before? Does the same behavior happen when pairing the headset wirelessly to a computer? Please update the headset's firmware by clicking this link.
