Razer nari? Audio problem???

Alright so i got a new headset nari chroma but i notice playing games the audio is good watching some youtube videos there is a crackling audio behind the good audio! dont know how to explain it ! is it normal or need to repair it > ? is cause is wireless and not wired ?

    hello , i got nari ultimate and got the opposite issue. no treble in game, just big fat bass when wireless. in video or linked it's good. i buy this one for the wireless mode...
