RAZER NARI Cracking and disconnecting and restarting razer synapse

I dont know what happing with my head phone it like something is interfering with the raido waves or something with my wireless nari head phones and it hard to play in online tournements tournaments when voice commucations is key when playing in remote duels that Konami Host.. When any one talks i get a beep beep disconnects reconnects and i dont know what they say in the play or any one that was just talking in the game and have to say what... or in just talking all i hear every like 5-10 minutes there a beep beep and it re sets my synapse and i cant hear anything and it does this alot.. Is there a fix for this... Changing USB ports does nothing... Headset Model # Rc30-02601 USB Trasceiver Model # rc30-0267 thanks if there any help i look on the forms and i saw nothing to fix this problems just wondering if it was a fixable way to stop it from doing this And thanks again ShankatsuXero
