Razer Nari disconnecting and reconnecting randomly

Had it about 4 months and was doing great until recently (last week or so) it will randomly disconnect and reconnect, aswell as have transmission issues(?) as in static and random skips followed by the disconnects. i have never used it while charging and havent overcharged it to my knowledge, the only new thing is i moved recently and it was shortly after the move that this started (it was not damaged in the move, smooth ride here in my car in its box)
