Razer Nari disconnecting randomly

Recently my Razer Nari has just started disconnecting around 5 seconds after a sound is played. I've tried to find similar issues and I cant find anything. The 3.5mm jack works fine but i would rather use my headphones wirelessly

    Try the steps here and get the firmware update for your device here. Make sure to update the Synapse application as well. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the connection issue of your new Razer Nari headset.
