I have a Razer Nari ID: HN1911D09300902. , Model No: RC30-026801
The dongle is not being recognized by my PC and I am getting the following error. Tried multple things to correct it but unable to run the dongle.
Because of this issue I am unable to run the “Razer Nari Dongle Recovery Tool” or the “Razer Nari Pairing Utility” with both stuck at not recognizing that the USB in in use.

It seems like we’re leaning toward a dongle defect right here. Are you using a USB hub? Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
