My headset will not connect to my PC via USB dongle any longer, have not had issues connecting previously. I tried using the dongle recovery tool but the tool is not recognizing when I plug the USB dongle into the PC. I have also reinstalled Razer Central, but still no luck.
USB Dongle model number is RC30-0267
is there any way to get a replacement in case it is damaged ?
