    Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Windows build version? For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and uninstall the Avnera AV6301 drivers on Device Manager. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset so I can help you further isolate the issue. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
