Hi guys, May I know why my laptop doesn’t recognise razer nari essential headset? I used it for 2 months, but now I can’t found it on razer synapse 3 and cannot connect it on my laptop. May I have the way to fix it please?

    Please share a screenshot of how the headset appears on the Device Manager. That would help us get a better understanding of your situation. For now, you can try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide.
