Razer Nari Essential is detected on the system, but refuses to charge entirely.

This is quite frustrating as I've only owned the Nari Essential for about 2 years now. No matter what I do, it just does not want to charge, I've tried looking inside the headset for any wire-splits, any potential dead batteries, Nope! Battery is completely fine, but it just doesn't charge at all, no matter the cable used. I really need help here.
