Razer Nari Essential keeps disconecting

Razer Nari Essential keeps disconnecting. I have problem with new Razer Nari Essential headphones. They are keeps disconnecting. I'm hearing constant 'beep beep" sound of connect and disconnect. Problem exist in both connection - wireless and on cable. In the Razer Synapse there are three stages: - first - it can't see device - after few sec I can hear 'beep' sound and I can see headphones instalation progress icon. This stage last few minutes. I can hear beeping sound of conecting and disconnecting - After few minutes of beeping device is connected. For minute. Headphones are missing from synapse and everything is starting over and over again.
