Razer Nari essential low battery sound trouble

In fact i don't properly have a battery trouble, the battery itself work properly but, i want to know how to disable or repair the low battery sound indicator, for some reasons it starts anoying me only 30 minutes after being fully charged and afterward being put like a reminder every 5 minutes, i truly love this headset but this is far too anoying, what can i do about that?

A depleted headset will charge in about 4 hours. You will hear the warning tone if the battery is critically low. If you're hearing sound indicator even the battery is fully charged, try to reinstall the headset's driver and repair the Synapse application. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. You can PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty status and start a case for a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
