Razer Nari Essential mic doesn't mute!

Hello ! Got today my pair of Razer Nari Essentials wireless headphones . (won in a work related contest) Everything is working fine , until I tried to disable mic , but it didn't mute . Tried every settings , but still no luck. Am I doing something wrong , or am I missing something, or even better - I got already broken headset ! tried muting mic by putting it up ( as the manual said , push it up until you feel the same click to disable the mic)

    If pushing the mic up until you feel a click doesn't work, then there is a good chance that this is a hardware issue. Please send me the serial number so I can point you in the right direction. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
