Razer Nari essential microphone not picking up on any device

Hello, the microphone for my headset randomly stopped working on any of the computers I usually use it on, even though when I use the sidetone monitoring on synapse it picks up on it. I tried reinstalling the drivers, checking the channels, etc... Does anyone have an idea what can cause this? Thanks Edit: It started working again just as randomly, didn't do anything....
