Yesterday I noticed that my headphones were not charged even though they had been plugged in and charging for the entire night. The light signifying they are charging as well as Synapse showed it was in fact charging, but refused to turn on without being plugged it since. Is there any possible ways to fix this or do I need to give the headset a viking funeral?

I understand you're having issues with your Razer Nari Essential. No worries, I can help you with that! Please try using a spare charging cable to properly isolate the issue. Also, please send me a PM with a video/photo showing the battery percentage of the device in Razer Synapse.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM with your device's serial number, photo/video of the issue, and your proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim.
