Razer Nari Essential No sound

Hello, so I've had 2 razer nari essentials so far, and they both suffered the same fate of having no sound after a fair bit of use. The first one I put it down on my chair and then the next time I picked it up, no sound. It was fully charged, and it made no sound trying to turn it off and on again. I got a new one later and this newest one suffered the same fate. Its been months and I just gave up on trying to fix it until now. Anyone hav ea fix for this?

Were you able to update its firmware by downloading the Razer Nari Essential Pairing utility? If you haven't, please click this link.
