Razer Nari essentials big problems

Hi there!!!! Now i bought a Nari essential and i love it but i can't get any audio out of the Thx audio output in the windows audio manager i have tried everything uninstalled a ton of times and all of that but i can't for the life of me get any surround sound from it since the THX channel dosen't work :( pls help :(
