Razer Nari firmware updater does not recognize usb dongle

Hi, My Headset does not work if not connected with usb cable. I was trying to update firmware. But firmware software does not recognize my usb dongle. That's why i cannot pass to second step.

    Have you tried connecting your headset via a USB dongle on a different computer? Were there any changes applied to your system before the issue? Please send me the serial number of your Nari via PM. I can use it to look into possible solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
