Razer Nari firmware updater stuck at 100%

Hello. I just got a Razer Nari. The sound worked fine, but the microphone didn't quite work. Later I found out that I could hear the mic in synapse. Someone told me that I could fix the Problem through an Update, so I downloaded the Updater and waited. Now the Updater has been stuck at 100% for 2-3 Hours... Is this normal??? (I know someone else has already created a thread for a similar problem, but it was closed, so I created this one.)

    Have you replicated the behavior by connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer while running the firmware update? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
