Razer Nari-Game THX Spatial playback

Hello I am having an issue with my THX spatial playback device ... it doesn't register audio, but the (Game) playback device does ... I think this is because it isn't responsive to the volume mixer and is stuck at 0. This means I can't change it because it is stuck at 0 whether I change the volume or don't. But I could be wrong. please help I can't get it to work. Thanks.

    For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide.
