I am having an issue with my THX spatial playback device ... it doesn't register audio, but the (Game) playback device does ... I think this is because it isn't responsive to the volume mixer and is stuck at 0. This means I can't change it because it is stuck at 0 whether I change the volume or don't. But I could be wrong.



please help I can't get it to work.

For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide. If you continue to get the same issue, please send me the serial number of the headset, and if possible, a short video detailing what you're experiencing.
