Razer Nari headset on Mac

I am using a Razer Nari headset on a MacBook Pro through Bluetooth. It is now making noises similar to the sound it makes when turning on. I have contacted Support. They tell me to update the firmware. However the firmware is an exe file which of course is a PC file. Any help troubleshooting or updating this headset to fix the problem would be appreciated.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. Unfortunately, there's no driver created for Mac OS yet. By the way, have you tested the Razer Nari to another device/computer? Does the issue happen on both wired and wireless connections?
No, I have a MacBook Pro. I do not have another device to try it on. I use the exclusively via wireless connection.

That's noted. If it's feasible, please test it via a wired connection to isolate a possible wireless dongle issue. Ensure that your Mac OS has its microphone gain turned on so you can avoid any conflicts with the application you are using the headset.
