Razer Nari Keeps Disconnecting and Reconnecting

I just recently got the Razer Nari, and immediately upon using it for the first time I experience issues with the headset disconnecting and reconnecting (beep boop sound). I am only a few feet away from my PC, and I've tried plugging it in to many different ports. The noise is constant and will not stop, what else can I try to do? It's fully charged, I'm not far, I don't know what else it could be. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a way to fix it?

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it running in the background? For now, try to isolate the issue by following the steps provided on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
