Razer nari mic stopped working after one power cycle

Just bought and recived my secend razer nari croma (first one returned becouse mic stopped working after day 1) and i just hoped that i when i bought this one i whould be getting one that was working so i got it out of the box everything plugged in and it worked ofc i tried turning it off and on again and then the mic whould not work anymore, So im sitting here wondering if there is a fix coming soon and can i just keep the one i have or do i just return this one aswell and hope for the best? Right now im using a different razer id on synapse becouse that atleast fixes the problem for some time last time it lasted 2 days no clue how long it will work this time

Same here. Just got mine in two days ago and it was working just fine until today...mic just stops working. I've tried all I can and I don't see the point in making a "dummy" id if it's only going to be a temporary fix.

Hey @HoboDevil and @AriNightrose. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Nari so I can verify the model and look into possible fixes. By the way, what operating system are you guys on?
something similar happens to me, the first day I configured both the audio from the headphones and the microphone, but yesterday I wanted to use the microphone and it does not detect any sound, I know it works because when I use the audio cable that I can hear it , also when using the bluetooth, with the sidetone function I can hear my voice, windows detects the devices without problems but for some reason I do not know the pc does not "see" the sound
my operating system is windows 10 x64

Did this happen with or without Synapse running in the background? Can you send me a Pm so we can have your logs checked?
Update: There is a new Firmware update for the headset. Caziel here gave me the update when I PM'd him about my mic. It works!!! I updated, tested with and without Synapse, power cycled and everything works fine now 😃
