Razer Nari - Microphone not working
Hello :)
I bought two Razer Nari headsets, and I have the same problem on both. Microphone is not working.
I was looking on the internet for that problem, and I found this:

A lot of people have the same problem as me, and I don't know how to fix it. I tried to change my account to a new created one, and it worked. But not for long. After one computer reboot, the issue came back.
I wrote to the Razer Support, and they didn't helped me. They just said, that I should refund my headset.
My question is: what should I do?
And btw, a bought my second headset after like 2-3 weeks from the first one. Why? Because I read that Razer released a new Razer Nari update.
So should I refund another headset?
My operating system: Windows 10 Education x64 with newest updates.
