Razer Nari not keeping Sync with computer | Razer Insider

My Razer Nari headphones recently stopped accepting pairing from my computer.  I have had them about 2 years.  They utilize the USB Dongle for connection.  Windows is up to date, I have run the installation utility, all extraneous programs are turned off, but it just won’t stay Paired.  I can pull up the Sound Settings or Device Manager settings and will watch as Razer Chat and Razer Game both get added, then disappear, then get added, then disappear, and on and on for a minute or so, before they are just gone.  On a clean boot, both Chat and Game are both listed under Sound, but when the headphones are turned on, they both disappear once again.  Any ideas if it’s the Dongle?  The Headphones?  Drivers (I am told I have the latest one)?  Or is this just the end of the product’s life.  They still look really nice, be a shame to toss them over a pairing issue.

The Dongle recovery tool proved useless as well.  It told me to plug in the dongle, which I did, told me it needed to recover, so I pushed the button, and watched as absolutely nothing happened.  After like an hour I tried to restart the process, but now the recovery tool couldn’t even recognize that there was a dongle connected to the PC.  Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

Hi Seascape3762

It’s highly likely that the dongle is defective. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options for sending you a replacement dongle. Thanks!
