Razer nari not pairing

Hello, today my razer nari stopped working. I can power it on and it glows green however the mute button doesnt give a red light. I do have it in windows as razer nari chat and game but i cant hear any sound and it doesnt show up in synapse 3. I reinstalled synapse and all the drivers but that didnt help. I tried using t
