Razer Nari - not working mic :(((( fix please

Feeling very bad for these 150$... This is no what I expected. I have the latest synapse, mic is unmuted, set to 100% volume, Windows Microphone Privacy are turned on. Rly idk what to do help, please...

Ahh, here I might help, go to sound settings and check if razer mic is chosen as the recording device. If it is you might have to do what I did before, disable all the devices and add only Nari and check it it works. There is one more thing that i had problems with, if you are using enhancers of any type in the synapse app, turn them all off, like literally all of it. Vocie normalisation, noise cancellation etc. Hope one of the above helps you, I've been using Nari Ultimate for the pas 6 months ;)

Done, nothing worked, thanks for trying :((((((((((((((((( I'm using it from my birthday 24.10.2019r. never had a problem and just mic stopped working.

Try via cable? You still have it?

Yeah i have a cable

If it works over the cable, something is wrong with your settings. If it doesnt work on a cable as well, it has to be physical damage to your mic :(

Please confirm if your PC detects the mic when on wireless mode. I'd appreciate it if you can share some screenshots. Send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I'd like to look into possible firmware solutions.
