Razer Nari playing low to none sound

I’ve got a Razer Nari Ultimate which i had sitting around not being used for some time. Now i got to use them and they play little to none sound. I’ve charged them to fully, tried playing music/sound with the cable and the dongle, switched between chat and game mode. Nothing seems to work. If i can get some fast help
