Razer Nari's mute on their own

To be clear it is a set of Nari Ultimate's and I am using Synapse 3.5.630.61222
I play a lot of Diablo 3 with Discord.

I can play all day long without issues. If I use the mute just once on the headset via the button on the left earcup and then unmute...my headset is borked.

It will randomly mute like crazy after that. Only time it does it and it is really getting annoying. I have nearly every piece of Razer equipment going, but aside from my Hunstman Elite...this has to be the most disappointing. Very close to air mailing this headset clear across my office...
