Razer Nari suddenly stopped working

When I try to turn on my headset it doesn't respond. When I connect it to usb cable it doesn't turn on any light or work either. I bought this headset from Amazon on Razer store on Feb 2020. Please help.

Sorry it was on December 2019, till yesterday my headset was working perfectly and it was full charge from ps4 usb
