Razer Nari Synapse 3 Issue

I have below problem with my Wireless Nari in synapse 3
  • As I listen to the THX Calibration, I hear literally no difference in positional audio.
  • I cannot detect any change in the Bass Boost or Sound Normalization modules in Enhancement.
  • Not a single slider for the EQ changes the audio in my headset.

    Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
