Razer NARI THX surround sound not working

Hey guys, I have purchased the Razer Nari but cant seem to set-up the Spatial THX Audio properly (surround sound). i have sound although its only in stereo but even then it cannot differentiate left from right. searched everywhere for an answer but not a clue. I have uninstalled and re-installed Synapse 3 still nothing and even deleted THX files and re-installed...still nothing. im in need of some serious help!

By the way, please change your username since this is a valid Razer product to avoid any form of counterfeiting. Please send me a PM together with its serial number so I can check for its available update. Let's continue from there.
Ok i solved issue, go into synapse->go to sound, scroll to "open windows sound properties", scroll to Internal AUX jack if u have it, enable it, works.

hey dude, i tried that but then i had no sound at all. the PC recognised it was playing sounds but i couldnt hear anything

yes, i did.
Update: I uninstalled all razer software and the Razer and THX folders in device manager. reinstalled razer synapse 3 (beta) and started the surround test. it was running perfectly until it hit the rear then went straight back to playing as if all directions were playing at the same time. this is extremely annoying now and really would like some answers!
