A couple of years ago i bought Razer Nari Ultimate and now I'm unable to use it. The dongle is now being recognized by my PC as Avnera AV6301 and the headset won't connect. I have tried using the razer nari dongle recovery tool (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/ans...l-to-restore-and-pair-or-connect-a-razer-nari) and it says there is no update required. Next I also tried the pairing utility (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/ans...less-usb-dongle-to-a-razer-nari-headset-using) and while it detects both dongle and the headset it want to update. After clicking on update button states that "wireless USB transceiver firmware update failed". Next I tried nari firmware updater(https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1640/~/razer-nari-firmware-updater-|-rz04-02680) and this program won't even detect both dongle and the headset. Please help, the product is out of warranty now and the store won't do anything about it.

There is a big possibility that the dongle is defective. I already responded to your PM so I can work on getting you a replacement dongle. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
