Hello guys i just buyed my headset in may this year and just yesterday they stopped to work, i was in a conference with my friends and my audio and microphone has been shutdown sudden,i tryed to recconect my headset and in my taskbar usb transreciver was flickering, as i asumed maybe he needs to pair i downloaded the pair utility wich after long debates because he din't recognised my usb, i could succesful paired my usb, and i was happy that wasn't a major thing and i tryed to connect them ..was ok but when i did enter in call he stopped working again,i did reset my laptop and evrything was back to normal until i played a sound or entering to a call, the thing that when i play a sound,all razer audio playback is dissapearing like my laptop doesn;t recognise the dongle anymore, untilll yesterday was running perfectly, i don't know what to do next, i don't want another pair of headsets,i like this one ^_^ please help!!
