I've had my Razer Nari Ultimate for 2 and a half years and it's never had any problems, recently it stopped connecting to the PC and I can't use it anymore, I suspect it's the dongle, what can I do, it just stopped working out of nowhere and it just blinks. blue light when turning them on

Would appreciate some help from razer support since the headset wasn’t that cheap and didn’t did anithing to it to just stop working

Sadly the same thing happened to mine about 10 months ago and everyone else eventually. I am very angry about it personally because I loved this headset myself and yes it was expensive and nice when it used to work.

 

You can still connect it with the 3.5 mm audio cable connection or so I hear but I have not connected it that way personally. 

 

I dusted off my old Kraken 7.1’s from long ago and bought some cheap replacement ear cushions for them for like 5 bucks and just been using them. I decided I’ll never buy another razer product again after razer attempted steal from me when I attempted to buy the razer Iskur chair and the team razer floor mat directly from razers official website when they were the last two items I was attempting to purchase to complete my razer collection. I attempted to buy the hard team razer floor mat a second time from razers official website only for razer to then again attempt to steal my money and not provide the floor mat. Eventually after I contacted the better business bureau razer was told to do the right thing and pay me back the money they attempted to steal from me however this has really upset me as a loyal die hard fan that was only trying to complete his razer collection. A very strange way Razer decided to treat one of there biggest and most loyal fans, I still don’t understand it.

Can someone from Razer just try to help me? Since i wasted so much money on their products i think i need some respect
