Hello my names Kyle Turnbull ive been a long time supporter of Razer and my Nari Headset i got about a year ago wont work for game sound only chat. I dont believe i have a warrenty but i was hoping you guys would be able to help me out and possibly send me a replacement nari headset ultimate? i know its my fault not gettinga warrenty but i have been a long time supporter and everything i have i razer from my head set to key board mouse speakers camera microphone even my wrist rests are the razer ones and my headset holder along with my mouse pad lol i just was trying to give a shot in the dark and see if you guys could hook it up for one of your true supporters

Thanks for alerting us about this. Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? You can also use the Dongle Recovery Tool to restore and pair your headset. If that didn’t work out, then you can send me a PM along with your Razer Nari Ultimate’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt to do.
