I have a Razer Nari ultimate but it doesn’t connect even if I use the utility app….the headset works amazing even after 4 years of having them but now it just stopped connecting….can I ask a replacement usb from you ? Even tho it doesn’t exist in the replacement store ? What can I do ? Thank you
