Hi,
I have a Razer Nari Ultimate and when i connect it to my pc with dongle the mic is not working.
I use the same headset with my ps5 and it work perfectly with aux.
What can I do to resolve the problem? Used dongle recovery app, not working, reinstalled the synaps, not working. In Windows settings everything is ok but it seems can not recognize the sounds.
