My razer Nari Ultimate Wireless headset sometimes randomly disconnects and makes the beeping sound multiple times for no reason i have no idea why, it is fully charged and i have tried different USB ports, sometimes when it disconnects the lights on my razer keyboard and mouse also turn off for a second, i dont understand what is happening.

Because there are some beeping sounds even when fully charged, I'm inclined to say that this has something to do with the firmware. Send over the serial number of your headphones via PM so I can check for firmware updates.

We have a model-specific tool you can download, but I'll need to verify the serial number of the headset first. PM me so I can do just that.
