Razer Nari Ultimate and Modern Warfare (PC Blizzard Launcher)

Hello! I have my default sound devices set to my Razer nari headset. When I enter the game(Modern Warfare) the infinity ward start up screen has sound and the netflix show im watching has sound but then MW goes to the main menu screen and I lose all sound(both MW and netflix). When I exit the game the sound starts working again. Tried a few solutions I found on the internet but none are working. Anyone else find a solution to this problem?

    I was having the same issue and I have come to find out my razer blackwidow keyboard was causing the issue. Every time I would use the space bar I would lose audio. I then installed a cheap Microsoft keyboard and the problem was fixed and never had an issue again. Something with the keyboard drivers the game does not like.
