Razer Nari Ultimate blue flashing light

Have not had any issues with my Razer Nari Ultimate since I got it about a year ago. Last night was playing games and it randomly disconnected. I have tried moving my dongle to every single usb slot and get the same result. It will reconnect for about 30 seconds to a minute then disconnects and the light flashes blue. I have tried everything available to troubleshoot on razer support including messing with audio settings and repairing the dongle to headset. It’s tough that I have not done anything wrong to the headset and $300 and a year later it dies on me.
