Hello. I am desperate to fix this issue. Using the dongle on my PS5. The headset disconnects constantly. I have tried everything I can think of and am at my wits end. This did not happen on my PS4 pro ever. It’s only just started on the PS5 a week or so ago. I also gifted my significant other an identical, brand new pair when they were on sale on Amazon recently. It’s also used on a different PS5, but there aren’t any issues with that set whatsoever.
Can someone from support please assist? If I need to provide the serial number, where can I find that information?

Please send me all the troubleshooting steps that you've taken so far. That way, we can avoid as many redundancies as possible. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the headset as well. Let's go from there. By the way, do you get the same results if the headset is plugged into a PC?
