Razer Nari Ultimate - Connection Issue

I have had my Razer Nari headset for two years and It has worked perfectly until recently. A few months ago I would hear a beeping noise and my audio would cut out and then come back. I thought nothing of it until recently when my headset would show as connected and then anytime I try and play a game, it disconnects and my computer can’t even recognize the device. Below is a list of all the troubleshooting I have tried:

 

  • Repairing razer synapse
  • Deleting synapse and reinstalling
  • making sure my drivers are up to date and even deleting an reinstalling my drivers
  • insuring my computer is up to date
  • using the dongle recovery tool
  • updating to windows 11 and trying again

Nothing seems to fix this issue and it is very frustrating that this occurs right after I'm officially out of my warranty period. I have looked into so many articles of people having the same issue and no one seems to have a solution to fix this. If anyone knows anything or anyone who can help, please assist!
