Razer Nari Ultimate Crackling noise

So, I unboxed my headphones today and fully charged them before usage as recommended, and when I first plugged them in, I turned on Spotify to play music to test them, and I couldn't help but notice crackling in the back as I listened. I turned them off/on again, and moved the usb-connection to a new slot but nothing changed. I made sure all the audio drivers in my computer are updated, and changed the EQ in Synapse 3 to music. Thank you!

    Do you mind sharing a few tracks that you used to test the headset and give a timeline of sorts as to when the crackling would usually pop up? Also, is the crackling apparent when using the AUX cable?
