Razer Nari Ultimate crackling sounds while wireless

Hello, so the title basically says it all. I bought Razer Nari Ultimate Pewdiepie edition a couple months ago, and from the first day noticed that weird crackling/static noise in the left cup. The noise is there only if the headset is connected wirelessly. I contacted support via email at once, but they recommended me to reinstall Synapse and all related drivers, which did not help at all. I would really appreciate any tips or information you might have if you encountered similar issue! Thanks
