As soon as a sound is heard, the headset begins to connect and disconnect.
Ive triend with w10, w11 and another pc and same error.

Try the Razer Pairing Utility. If that didn’t work then you can use the Dongle Recovery Tool to restore and connect your headset to a system. Feel free to send me a PM along with your Nari Ultimate’s serial number if you need further assistance.
