hi, i have problems with my razer nari ultimate S/N 862038D09103270 it keeps disconnecting and connecting. if someone can help me to solve this problem. thanks.

Mine just started doing it as well. Any idea? I tried the dongle recovery tool but no help it doesn’t  read my dongle. Any luck? I’m guessing it’s the dongle but I’m not too sure.

    I'm the same, I'm waiting for answers from razer to try to replace the dongle or repair it somehow but I have not been contacted yet.

      The same thing happens to me, it connects and disconnects all the time. I've searched online but nothing.
