Once again there out of the blue issues again with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The only unfortunate part about this is that I have had them to long to simply ask for my money back. This is the second pair of razer headsets I own and at this point probably my last. Out of the blue the headset start disconnecting and reconnecting with audio is played. I have seen all the comments from razer with the “solutions” like are they charged, is the port okay, have you tried it on other devices, have you updated the drivers etc etc. Iv have tried everything like razer asks of you every time their product breaks and no IT DOES NOT WORK NOW.
I hope razer sees this and tries to contact me.
